These CAD File Download Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Hideaway Bins Website Terms and Conditions.

Purpose of CAD information

Kitchen King Ltd provides CAD data to its customers free of charge exclusively for the purpose of drilling fixing holes into cabinetry using CNC machinery which will then allow accurate and efficient installation of Hideaway Bins into the cabinetry. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that this CAD data will only be used for this purpose.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in this Website is owned by Kitchen King unless stated otherwise. Kitchen King reserves all rights in respect of the CAD data on the Kitchen King Website. The protection existing in respect of these contents through copyright and other such laws applies particularly vis-à-vis databases and similar facilities. The CAD data is provided for the purpose intended and may not be copied, passed on, re-used, transferred, altered, disseminated or otherwise used without our prior written approval.
You are not allowed to reproduce any content of the Website without our prior written permission.

Non-disclosure

No CAD data may be disclosed to third parties, and it may only be made available within the Customer’s operation to those persons who must, of necessity, be called upon to use it and who are also bound by a non-disclosure obligation. Kitchen King reserves exclusive title to such information.

The accuracy of the CAD data provided is carefully checked by Kitchen King. We cannot, however, accept any liability for the correctness, completeness, current validity or suitability for certain uses. Kitchen King supplies any information or contents without any kind of guarantee, either express or implicit. Kitchen King herewith excludes any liability for damages arising directly or indirectly as a result of using CAD data, unless these result wilfully or through the gross negligence of Kitchen King itself.
